Shrinking beauties is a site devoted to exposing what it takes for some girls to be thin. By reading my story and those of others like me, I hope you can make peace with your decision to be a particular body size... When you discover what it takes for me to remain a size 4, you might find you’d prefer to be a fit and healthy size 8 for the quality of life benefits being that size affords. Or you might decide being a certain size is more important to you in which case you'll need to make peace with being more regimented about how often you eat out and what you eat (please make it healthy).
